Subscriptions & Free Trials
Filmatique Subscribers are entitled to a 14-day free trial. To sign-up for this trial, Subscribers must enter a valid payment method which shall be charged after 14 days unless the Subscriber cancels before this date. If you as a Subscriber do not cancel, you will be charged to this payment method on a recurring basis—at a rate of $4.95/month, or $49.95/year, depending upon which subscription you have selected. Filmatique shall not notify Subscribers of this transition from a free to paid subscription, nor the processing of the recurring subscription fee, which shall be charged until the Subscriber cancels his/her/their subscription.
From time to time Filmatique may offer discounted subscriptions, such as holiday or gift campaigns. These discounted subscriptions are pre-paid to allow the Subscriber access to Filmatique for a discrete period of time, and will not be automatically renewed, but rather allowed to lapse when said period of time has expired.
Filmatique may also offer discount codes for promotional purposes, which may not be combined with any other promotional code or offer, past or present.
Filmatique exercises the right to change its price in its sole discretion. Subscribers will be notified via email of any price changes which shall be effective following a 7-day grace period.
To cancel your Filmatique subscription at any time, simply log into your account then click on your user Dashboard, the top right option in the menu. Click Account Settings, then Purchases—here is the option to cancel without penalty.
